Fresh Food List

Question
I have a green cheek conure and I am looking for a more detailed fresh food list.  I am wondering if he can eat watermelon and sweet peppers?

--  Watermelon and ANY kind of peppers are fine.  In case you're wondering:  Birds do not have the sensitivity to capsaicin that mammals do.  They can eat peppers that would bring a grown man to his knees on the HOT scale.  All peppers are good for birds.
