bird is bleeding

hey dustin

you probably dont remeber me but my name is kunal the one u helped to train my budgie and give me some advice.


My budgie feather fell off and now it is bleeding from the inside left wing and at the end of the feather too. This has happened beofre but this time it looks worse it is more wetter and i was wondering if i should try to clean it but if i try my budgie dosent like it and starts to run away and flap its wings. and i think that might create more bllood cause its making its wings work please answer back as soon as u can!

hello,
it is called a blood feather. What you will want to do is take a little corn starch and put that on it to stop the bleeding. You can clean it if you want he wont like it but just make sure the bleeding stops. also it may be a good idea to get blood stop at your local pet store its a good thing to have on hand in case he gets hurt again.
