ANSWER: Dear Dayy,

Here is a post I wrote about saving a baby wild mouse; the idea is the same:

If the mouse is peeing don't worry about it not pooping; after all, it's only drinking milk.  It does not need any extra liquids so don't worry about water.

Glad to hear the mouse seems healthy.  A baby raised by hand like that will be a wonderful pet.

Answer
Dear Dayy,

Some of your answers are in the post I linked for you.

The mouse will open its eyes at 14 days.  If it's moving a lot it's probably over ten days old.  it has little teeth but wouldn't think of biting you even if it wanted to, for another 2 weeks probably.  Fruit isn't the best thing for mice in quantity, but it can start nibbling on crackers and vegetables at 2 1/2 weeks and stop nursing altogether by 4 weeks or earlier.  It needs to be kept warm for that long as well.  It's too little to keep itself warm yet.  Water isn't necessary until it stops nursing.  Cuddling with cotton balls is fine.  At this point tail movement doesn't mean much.

Best of luck!
