Do Guinea pigs get ringworms? If so how do I treat it? Can I put anti foot fungus cream on it like you can do with humans to treat ringworms, or will that hurt them?

It is very possible for guinea pigs to get ringworms, but before you treat it, make sure that it's actually ringworm. If at all possible, take your pig to a reputable vet. If not, go to the pet store and see if they sell special ringworm cream made for guinea pigs. Most will or can tell you a good place to find some. Use the human stuff as a last resort. You really need something specially formulated for guinea pigs.
