guinea pig after birth problems

Hi, My girl piggy gave birth yesterday morning early, 3 were still born she never even cleaned them off, the 4th one's alive, but she's not wanting him to eat.  What can I do to feed him?  Mom bought some baby bird food and hand feed my baby bird when the mom wouldn't, can we do the same thing for my baby piggy?  And what do we feed him, is there a formula we need to buy?

And my mom pig is acting very strange, she's listless and hasn't usd the bathroom or eat & drank all day today.  What's the matter with her, is she just tired after giving birth like mom said & just needs to rest, or is she really sick?  She's making a squeeking sound and then tences up like she's going to get up but just ends up scooting.  Do I need to take her to the vet ASAP or let her rest?

It is not a good idea to interfere with the baby for the first few days of life. Its up to the mother to feed her baby. However, the mother's beahviour is slightly worrying. If you see no improvement soon I think a trip to the vet would be a good idea as piggies need to eat.
