The symptoms you describe could indicate a few different illnesses. If you ever see diorhea you need to visit a vet asap.

andy          hi doc thnks for answer but why the nose like violte color and difficlty in breath . in thise country whene ilive there is no vet known in guinea pig  and istill have 3 guinea pig

The difficulty in breath could be a few things such as bronchitis or a chest infection, just like in humans, the nose could be linked to this also.
