Answer
Hello Bob,

I really don't want to be the one to tell you this but.... It sounds like at least one doesn't have a URI but a tooth problem and without a vet there's not alot you can do. The one who only seems to be having breathing problems may have a URI. If you can get your hands on some Baytril (a piggy safe antibiotic) there may be hope unless his is tooth related too. Unfortunantly everything with the symptoms you mentioned, requires vet care. If it's his teeth, they'll need filing and possibly surgery to fix and even then the cure may only be temporary and URIs need antibiotics administered in a timely manner. There's no home treatment for either and both are fatal if left untreated. It is possible, if you can get the antibiotic, they can both be saved because the one with the bleeding eyes MAY have just injured his eyes on top of having a URI. You can run a vaporizer or take them into the bathroom when you take a shower with the door closed to help their breathing. My best advice if you can't get them to the vet or get the antibiotic somewhere (the generic name of the drug is Enrofloxacin, that may help) is pray. I will certainly be praying for them and you. I hope beyond hope they will recover. I know how hard it is when they are sick and there's no vet and nothing you can do. I'm so terribly sorry. I really wish there was more I could tell you that would fix them. I'll be praying.
