my vet has said my guinea has liver problems and has given antibiotics, if no improvement  in 3 days we need to decide whether to put him to sleep, my daughter wants him to die naturly at home, will he be in any pain if she does this.

I can understand your daughter's desire for your pig to spend his final time at home. Unfortunately, I am not 100% sure if he will be in any pain. My understanding is that liver problems usually manifest themselves in other ways other than pain. Sorry I cant be sure.
