pregnant sow & young female

I have a pregnant sow who is in the later stages of her pregnancy, can I put a young female with her?. The youngster is four 5 wks old

Hi Mel,

    Of course you can put a young female in with her (= I'm sure she would love the company.  During pregnancy, it is also fine to leave her mate in with her - as long as he is taken out at the time of delivery, for he can trample the babies and impregnate her during post-partum heat.
