Is my Guinea-Pig Blind??

My guinea pig Blackie is 4 years old. Just recenlty I saw the color in one of her eyes it seems whiteish over her pupil. Is she blind? She has discharge by her eyes. She has been recenlty sick, but the vet made the disease go away. The disease was called "Mumps" please tell me. I'm really scared for her. She seems normal when it comes to activities she doen't "Bump" into anything

The disease was actually probably called "Lumps" not "Mumps", it's also caled Cervical Lymphadenitis. At any rate, she probably just scratched her eye. It sounds like she has the beginnings of a cataract. She should see the vet to make certain the cataract is being caused by an injury and not an illness. If it is just an injury, they can give you eye drops or an eye ointment to help it heal. If it's an illness, treating the illness may fix the problem.
