older sow pregnant guinea pig

my 4 year old sow has gained a lot of weight and i am worried she is pregnant by the 2 month old male baby i took out of the cage a month ago. if she is pregnant is the best thing to do get a c section or are the chances of survival too low? what vet may i get this done cheaply and well as i am on a limited budget and live in the Birmingham area. i cant stop being worried but my mother thinks i should just give it up. i don't mean to sound mean but i want her to survive as i do not need more babies - tho i would have them - but if possible i want her to survive what can i do?

I think you should take your guinea to the vet as she does not sound very well escpecially as she is near her due date. Most guineas gain alot of weight near their due day(some gain almost twice as much.)I am sorry but I do not live in Birmingham so I do not know the vet fees.
