I had a guinea pig when i was younger but it died cause i fed it 2much lettuce but im really good with animals i just did't know my facts. One of my guinea pigs is really really young and still needs its mom but unfortunatly she died,m how should i care for it?

Answer
How old is the really young one? If you have any female guinea pigs they should easily adopt the little babies, baby guinea pigs eat adult food as early as 1hour old, so the majority of food is adult food, pellets/vegies and fruit. He will need mothers milk unto about 3 weeks old, this is the hard bit, he will need regular milk ( which would of been supplimented by the mother.) Ask your vet which type of milk he will need, he will need ALOT of care and you need to keep him warm. Milk soaked in bread and hand feed through a tablespoon is a good idea. let me know what happens
