hamster eyes scabed

My hamster eyes are stuck together.Well a first for awhile it was just one eye but now its both.I don't know whats wrong with her or what I should do.Also shes bleeding by her privite &I think shes losing alittle bit of hair around there.Another thing is that shes been sleeping alot longer then she use to & shes not eating as much.I clean her cage once every week.Shes like 3years old & my mom doesn't know if we should take her to the vet.Please help me a.s.a.p because i have a feeling it might get worse or she could die.

Hi Cristal,

Yes, you need to get your hamster to a vet immediately.  There's not much you can do, besides make her comfortable and make sure she has plenty of fresh food and water.  A vet is needed, and he/she can tell you what to do.  Good luck.
