Interested in a very gentle hamster that doesn't bite, what breed should I get?

The most gentle hamster I have handled is the chinese dwarf hamster. They are really friendly and really sweet in nature and really small. I really like them a lot. It's possible that any hamster can bite but I've had great luck with these hamsters for people who are looking for a hamster that is sweet natured.
