Syran hamster

I have recently mated my Syrian hamsters, she is due in 3-4 days, her stamach feels pretty big and firm, however, i see no signs of nipples, should there be? and if not, when? Should i be abel to see them clearly?

Hi Cheerios,

you may not be able to see the nipples even when she is feeding the babies once they are born.

It depends a lot on how much hair your hamster has too - if she has loads of hair then the nipples will be very hard to see.

Please dont worry about it - as long as she is feeding them and they are growing then everything should be fine.
