i have a desert dwarf hamster and i don't know if she is pregnant but she is very jumpy when you try to pick her up and all she wants to do is hide she is not drinking her water at all and she is not spinning in her wheel all she wants to do is sleep. so i don't know if she is pregnant are what is wrong with her. if you have an answer please e-mail me back. i have one last question if she is pregnant than how long is she pregnant for. thank you

How old is your dwarf hamster? Dwarf hamsters only live on average 1-2 years. How long have you had her and is she in the cage with any other males. The average pregnancy of the dwawrf hamster is 19-22 days. It isn't normal for her to not be drinking any water though. I would really take your hamster to a vet for medical treatment as something seems wrong. If you just bought her she may still be stressed out.
