how long are dwarf hamsters pregnant i got her 2 or 3 days ago at a pet store they said theres a 99.9 percent chance that shes pregnant and i need to know asap thanks!!

Hi,
Dwarf hamsters gestation period is 18 - 20 days.
The male will help look after the young, so it is best to keep them together. However, she may easily mate again with the male as little as 24 hours after giving birth, so if you do not want this, it is ok to let her raise the young without the father.
The average litter size is 5 - 6, but can be as little as 1 or 2, and as many as 10!
