hamster had 6 babies

Question
well my hamster had babies and my gradma wants me to sell them and my mom says that since we live at my grandmas we have to listen to her any whooo she had the the babies well i think 6-9-07 two weeks ago so how long do i have to wait until i can handle the babies so the mom wont eat them(the mom hasnt eaten any of the pups neither has the dad)and how long until i can seperate the mom from the babies and sell the babies???

      their dwarf hamsters and the pups are starting to get hair and walk their less wobely so please awnser thanks ohh yeah weve had the parents for about 1 month and 2 weeks, also we got them from the swatmeet

    You can handle the babies when they are 2 weeks old (now) and the cage can also be cleaned at this time. When the babies are 18 days old, they should be separated. With Dwarf hamsters it is best to keep the baby girls with their Mom and put the boys with Dad. This will keep them all happy. When the babies are 4-5 weeks old, they will be ready to go to their new homes or ready to sell.
