pregnant hamster?

i already asked a question but i need to ask more of something i just noticed. about every five minutes my hamsters are running on their wheel..then suddenly, they stop and go to sleep. this has been going on for about three+ hours. also, my female hamster is constantly putting shavings on her wheel. she has only been with a male hamster for three days. about five days ago my dog got ahold of her and its a miricle she lived, but her buddy died. ): so if my dog got ahold of her wouldnt the babies have possibly died? im very confused. help!

she may have had a miscarriage if she got really stressed out. there is a possibility that she could just be tired and stressed from what happened. However some hamsters actually will actually make a routine of running on the wheel and then taking a nap. This can be very normal. She's eating and drinking normally is she, she could also be pregnant again.
