Answer
Hello Billy Stud,
Congrats on your new ferret! You want him to be able to jump on the bed, but right now he sounds too little, maybe she could put a blanket on the bed that reaches the floor so he can climb up it! Or get a treat and let him smell it, then lead him up to the bed with the treat then try to get him up on the bed with the treat!
Nipping problems are common in young ferrets. So here are some things you can do when he bites you:
Grab him by the skin of his neck and flick him on the nose (lightly) and say "No!" very firmly.
When he bites you say "Ow!" really loud to scare him!
When he does bite don't try to pull away from his bite, instead push your hand or where ever he bit into his mouth and he will let go!
When you get him out of his bath just have plenty of towels in there with you to be ready to wrap him up in towels and start rubbing him dry!
They like boxes with noisy things in them, balls, feather cat toys, and really any kind of cat toy!
The food problem is common in ferrets, they tend to move their bowls alot! Here is a bowl that is available over the Internet or at Petco or Petsmart:

But if you cant get one of these then try to put his bowl on the same level as his litter box so that he cant dump it into the litter box.

Hope that helps a little, good luck with you new friend, and please feel free to ask any other questions!
