But one evening I left the room were I had him the reck room is his room and when I came back to the reck room I cound"t find the guinie pig looking all over when I moved my chair there she was dead the ferret had killed her. What should I do.

Answer
It sounds like you need to do some more research on owning pet ferrets. Ferrets are carnivores and are capable of killing rats, mice, rabbits, and guinea pigs, to name a few. Just like cats they are perfectly tame and domesticated, but that doesn't mean it's wise to leave them unattended around such animals.

Also it could have easily been your cats or dogs that killed the guinea pig, not the ferret, but anything's possible. It is also possible your cats may try to hurt the ferret if left alone, and if you have dogs they should absolutely NEVER be left alone with a ferret. If it was in fact the ferret that killed your pet, there is nothing you can do or need to do. Do not punish your ferret for doing what he's designed to do naturally, just prevent it from happening again in the future. You need to be more careful and responsible when owning so many different animals, their safety is solely in your hands.
