my ferrey makes noices that sound like a crying dog.

sometimes my ferret, crash, makes crying noices (sounds like a dog crying) and his stomach starts to kind 0f to shake while he cries like that. it happens wen he sleeps alone, I'm very worried. is this a bad thing? what should I do?

Does it only happen when he sleeps?  If so, he is probably dreaming.  Just like other animals, ferrets can vocalize when they sleep.  If it happens at other times, or you are concerned, please have him seen by your veterinarian.  That way, if he has an underlying medical condition it can be diagnosed and addressed.
