working ferrets as pets?

Question
Hello, i have two 3 year old ferrets, they are a male and female and are both neurted and spayed. As i am from Ireland ferrets are 90% used as hunting animals but i was lucky enough to find a litter rared by a lady who has them as pets. My question is i was offered a 10 week old male but it comes from a hunting stock, it was only fed on rabbits and mice in his short life so far . i am wondering would it be a problem to take him as in would he tend to be more of an aggressive animal with this upbringing? would the fact that he is only ten weeks old mean that i could have him a pet rather then a working animal? or is a ferret a ferret no matter hunting or tame? would he be aggressive towards the two tame ferrets i already have?  thank you for your time and i hope you can shed some light on my problem.

Answer
I have personally never met a ferreting ferret since it is illegal where I live. But I know quite a few people who have both working and pet ferrets. All of the ferrets live together in harmony.

Being he is only 10 weeks old it should not be hard to teach him to be a pet only ferret. The only big issue I see is getting him to eat what you want him to eat since he is used to a raw natural diet.

I would suggest getting him neutered though when he reaches sexual maturity. When he goes into season he could get aggressive with your other ferrets.
