hi this is jassy and we just got a pitbull puppy yesterday and he's 8 weeks old but im not sure i'll even be able to train him he doesn't listen to what we say and he's always running full speed and he won't move when we put a leash on him and he pee's everywhere even in his crate is there any way we can get him to listen more ?

Your dog is very dominant. You need a local professional trainer to work with your dog. At 8 weeks he has already learned that he doesn't have to do anything he doesn't want to. If you do not correct this problem, you will likely wind up getting rid of the dog.
