Answer
Neutering may help. But only as a supplement to training. Anytime someone has serious issues, and especially aggression towards people who live in the house, the only real answer is in-person professional help. Advice over the internet will miss a lot of the little things which may be of prime importance. For the severity of the problems you decribe, I'd be talking to your vet about referring you to a veterinary behaviorist AND neutering. And of course you need to manage his life in such a way that he doesn't have an opportunity to bite anyone. Sandy Case MEd CPDT www.positivelycanine.com
