Peeing on Couch

I bought my dachshund puppy when she was 4 months old and thought I had her pretty much potty trained, but now she has just turned 7 months and has recently started peeing on my couch when I'm @ work even though I come home throughout the day to let her out...HELP

If she was reliably house trained and this is new, my first advice is to get a urinalysis and a check up to be sure she doesn't have a urinary tract infection or another problem that would cause it. If she checks out as healthy, I'd go back to close supervision and not leaving her loose in the house when you aren't there. Put her on a schedule for meals, keep track of when she goes potty.
