Siberian Huskies are untrainable?

Is it true? 3 months ago i adopted this beautiful female husky now 5mo , which i love alot, but drive crazy with the pulling when i walked her and chasing anything that moves on our way, also she cant walk next to another dog without getting all crazy to play with it. Please help me, i don't know what to do anymore, i'm starting to give up and getting used to the idea that this would the same forever.

Puppies are crazy, that's the way of it. You need to practice "leave it"  and train him to walk nicely on a leash. It can be done, even though huskies were bred to pull but if you don't train him now you'll have a much harder time down the road
