My dig has been peeing in the house a lot but we have already trained them and
now every time my family wakes up there is about 5 wet spots up stairs and on
the stairs and we don't know what to do next. We need help!

Stephanie, take your dog to the vet and make sure he does not have any kind of infection or stones or anything that could be causing him to have accidents. If the vet can rule out a health issue, then you should consider confining him at night, either in one of your bedrooms or in a crate.
