crying in crate

Question
I have a 9wk old papillon that cries, whines, screams the whole entire time she is in the crate.  She has no problems going in and getting treats while the door is open.  I have tried covering the crate with a blanket which didn't help.  She has pee'd and pooped each time she is in the crate.  It doesn't matter if she is in there for 1hr or 3 hrs.  And I always take her straight to the paper to pee, she is too excited and won't, but as soon as I let her walk off she goes straight to pee where she isn't suppose too.  I take her to the paper 30 min after she eats/drinks and I have waited for 45min to 1hr and she won't pee, but as soon as she walks off she goes to pee.  Am I expected too much too soon?  HELP!!!!

Answer
HANG IN THERE,THE CRYING WILL GET BETTER AS LONG AS YOU DON'T GIVE IN AND LET HER OUT!! IGNORE HER COMPLETELY WHEN SHE IS BARKING,DON'T LOOK AT HER,DON'T TALK TO HER DON'T EVEN YELL AT HER BECAUSE EVEN NEGATIVE ATTENTION IS ACCEPTABLE TO HER WHEN SHE DOES THAT.SHE MIGHT BE POTTYING IN THERE IF IT IS TOO BIG-THEYEY DO THAT WHEN THEY HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM SOMTIMES,BCAUSE THEYEY CAN LAY IN ONE SIDE AND POO ON THE OTHER SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO LAY IN IT. AS FOR PAPER TRANING,MAYBE SHE IS CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT OR IS ALREADY USED TO GOING OUTSIDE. IF THEY HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO GO OUTSIDE YOU CANNOT PAPER TRAIN THEM,DOGS DON'T DO BOTH,THEY CAN'T,TOO CONFUSING.
