need info on lab pup

I rescued a lab mom and her five pups Monday. two pups have died  already. the mother was found chained up starved and dehigerated. The pups are only five weeks old. I started the pups on goats milk and soft dog foos. the mother was put on a strick high protien diet. My question is that the pup I have left is sounding chuggy still. The vet has him on antibiotics twice aily and breathing treatments plus the vaporizer at night. Is there any thing more you can do to help with suggestions for this pup. Plus i live in Pittsburg, Ks and am looking for lab rescue for the mom. If you can give any info on that it would be greatly appreciated. i am a foster mom for my local humane society and they can't take mom due to the lack of room.alll of the other pups that have servived so far have been placed in homes but the little one I have is still struggling. He is only five weeks old. If you can help I am greatflu and so is this little fighter.

Well so far you are doing the right thing with the little pup,about the only other thing I can tell you is if your concerned call the vet and maybe he needs more antibiotics

As for a rescue i did do a search and came up with nothing,you could perhaps call up the humane society and ask them if they know of a lab rescue
