my puppy swallowed a rib bone

I have a 3 and half month  old puppy that swallowed a rib bone it was about 2 inches long and not even a half or maybe a half inch wide. do you think she will pass this or will it kill her. what should i do?

Since today is Tuesday, I would wait a day or 2 and see how she does.  Dogs manage to pass some terrible things.  If there is any sign of vomiting, diarrhea, or the dark tarry stuff that means blood in the stools, call the vet at once.  Watch the weekend, and don't get caught having to try to find a vet then.  

You might do better not giving her any bones.  Stick to safe sturdy stuff like Nylabones or Kongs.
