sick belly

my 12 week old puppy is not eating, i can get her to drink but she cant keep it down. i think she got into some rotten eggs left by my chickens while outside.  i started her puppy shots 2 weeks ago. her brother was sick a week ago for a few days ( got ahold of something my yard dog drug up). same symptoms  no diarreh   just won't eat and cant hold down water.  worried about dehydration.  is there anything i or a vet can give her to settle her stomach

Yes, your vet can give her an injection (shot) for nausea as well as other medications to coat her stomach and provide relief. Your vet can also give fluid therapy (to fight dehydration). Your vet should also be able to determine the cause of the problem (something she ate, parasites, toxins, etc...). In this case a trip to the vet is the best course of action and you should take her as soon as possible. Since she is not eathing her blood sugar could also drop and could lead to a coma and eventually death due to a low blood glucose level (the cells in her body requires glucose for them to live and function).
