my 11 year old dog

I have an 11 year old wolf/chowchow, his eyelid has a pink bumb and its been quite pussy. i dont have the fund to go to the vet and i dont know what it is so if anyone can help please let me know.thank you.

I would recommend keeping close eye on it; if it has pus, there is definately an infection of some sort.  Could be a spider bite or something.  Can you call the vet and ask them to prescribe an oral antibiotic, if you cannot afford for the vet to look at the dog?
