labrador skin complaint

i have a  5 month old labrador named max just discoverd lots of yellow spots on the underside of the dog could u help and tell us what course of action to take

I am not certain what these spots could be. It is possible, they are from a allergic reaction to a insect bite which has now become infected or it could be benign cysts. It's really difficult to say.

If it looks like there is puss in the spots, then this would be caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. You can purchase some cream from your Pharmacist for this which is called Daktacort and apply this 3 times a day to the affected area for 7 days and it should clear it up. But you must contact your Vet prior to doing this incase it is anything to be concerned about.
