QUESTION: my dog is loosing hair and there is white flak everywhere.
what is causing that plez help

That is a skin problem that needs to be sen by a Veterinarian. You need a proper diagnose and treatment, which I cannot give you.
There are a few Veterinarians on the board, but they will not diagnose without seeing the animal.
It could be simply dry skin and need a vitamin suppliment, or it could be the starting of a Mange outbreak that can kill your dog.
Get your dog to a Veterinarian as fast as you can.

QUESTION: i thinks its mange i juss wanted to make sure but are there produts i can by off the shelf to treat this because where i live a vet is very far

No, becausae they are medications that muct be given in a shot, as well, the Veterinarian will probably give you a topical medication to use, but the shots are not medications you can buy over the counter. They must be given internally.
I caution you about waiting as this can cost a lot more if it is left longer without treatment, and can also be fatal, depending on what kind of mange it is.
