Nursing mom

I have a rescue dog with a litter of 8 pups about 4 weeks old, her milk has started drying up. Anything I can give mom to help her produce more?

I am not sure.  You are feeding her a puppy chow?  You could buy some milk replacer. Puppies can't digest cows' milk.  They are big enough to lap up the milk replacer.  In fact you should be offering them puppy chow softened with water now.  They should soon be able to eat enough of it not to be so dependent on the milk.
