I have a 4 month old female shih-tzu and a 2 month old male shh-tzu, my female is always eat her pooh. Why and what can I do to stop this. We got her when she she 2 1/2 months and she has done this the whole time, if I see her I stop her but sometimes it's to late. My male never done this, yet. lol

Puppies, like toddlers, like to experiment and put everything into their mouths. Unfortunately, stool-eating can easily become a habit with dogs.

You could try sprinkling something like ForBid over their food to make the stools more unappetizing, but the easiest thing is to simply pick up the stools as soon as they are made.
