licking my mouth

In regaurd to the 1 % of dogs that lick peoples mouths for dominance,, that you referred to in another statement. How can you tell if dominance is the reason ??

Their tails are always straight up and stiff when it is a dominance behavior. If the tail is low and wagging it's submissive. And other times it's just liking food off of your face. But dominance the tail is straight up and rigid sometimes wagging slowly
