Potty Issue for Beagle in Heat

I've noticed that our beagle has accidents, or goes where she knows not to go when she is in heat. Does her heat cycle have anything to do with it?

Sometimes they do tend to pee when in heat-and it is fairly common for more accidents to happen at this time

But it could also be something like a bladder infection that is doing it as well-so wait for her heat cycle to be over and see if she is still doing that,and if she is,she may need to go to the vet
