my yorky had one (1) puppy, and most of her breasts are swollen and lumpy, is there a tool to drain the breasts of the excess milk?

Just keep moving the puppy around to make sure that it is utilizing all the nipples. Sometimes they seem to have a favorite and want to go to the same one all the time. Be sure you don't give her too much food; she won't need very much extra with only one puppy. This will resolve in a few days.
