7 months english bulldog neuter

my 7 month old english bulldog will be neuter this week, is it true that he will not develop his proper head and chest size if he get neuter before a 1 year old?\

Nope, this is an old wives tale. So long as he is exercising well, eating proper healthy food, and has nothing genetically wrong with him, he will develop just fine even if he was neutered at 6 weeks.
