QUESTION: max recently developed very dry skin...what is causing this ? is there something his diet is lacking ? what can i give him for this?    Thank You

ANSWER: Hi Rita, You may want your VET to check his blood for Thyroid levels.
That can cause some very dry skin.  
Also, it could just be related to the cold air dry indoor heat.
( it's cold up your way this time of the year....)

Many of my clients take a good Salmon oil - mixed into the food daily - We like this one- Alaska pure oil - give 1 teaspoon per day - long term.
Just mix up in the food.

QUESTION: Hi Marie, i am using a cream and solotion for Max's continues ear infections(from the vet) is there something more natural I could be using on him ...the solotion is for keeping his ears dry and has to be used every other day if not they get infected,then the cream comes in.
