QuestionHi Kristin!
I'm just a teenager but have had my dog about four years and am getting worried i'm not giving him what he needs, of course I give him love, affection, play with him when I am free and try to take him on a 3/4 - 1 hour walk a day.
But does he need grooming often? I bath him every week but is there a specific shampoo that is good for labradors?
Is it good to give him supplements? My parents take him to the vet for check-ups and worm tablets and kennel cough but is that enough.
Should I play with him more?
Is he comfortable at night? He has a bed full of cushions and blankets but sometimes he'd rather sleep on the floor or on my bed.
Am I just paranoid or am a bad dog owner.
Yours,
Ashleigh
AnswerFrom the sounds of it you are doing just about everything right :) Vitimins are always good as is glucosomine as it prevents joint damage
Dogs like sleeping on pillows so that is a good idea as well
your not paroid nor a bad dog owner, you are a good dog owner looking for some answers :)
