My Dog is Disorientated and Stumbles

My Dog (mixed breed) stumbles and becomes disorientated - she can't jump
up (ie onto the bed) it started a couple of days ago after she had chased a fox
at high speed for a long time.  I took her to the vet but he is not sure what is
wrong - he thinks its brain damage ? could she have had a seizure ? He told
me to give her Vitamin B and he has given her some other tablets but she is
still the same.    But other than the stumbling she is acting perfectly normal in
every way.

Any ideas ?

It sounds like seizures, or a possible stroke. How often does she do this? What is she doing before this happens? Is it very noticeable or just small things?

On a side note, does she have a current rabies vaccine?? Foxes are big carriers of Rabies and if she got close enough to get bit, disorientation and lack of coordination is a symptom of Rabies.
