My do is peeing everywhere but hes trained

I really hope you can help us. We have a 11/2 yr old Maltipoo, he's not fixed and for being our first pet I think we did a pretty good job of training him.  My husband and I have recently moved with our son to my mother's house and we are expecting a baby in February.
It's been about two weeks now that our dog has began peeing all over the house, which we were told that it might be because we are now living some where new, but we've been living for 5 months now and like I stated before he began the behavior two weeks ago. When we moved in he was going on his Weewee pad. I was wondering what can possibly be the reason why he's begun the behavior?  Can you please give us an idea to why?  Thank you.

First thing is to take him to the vet to make sure there is nothing medically wrong.  If he's medically sound, neutering him may stop the marking.  The third step is to start the potty training over from the beginning.  If the dog is not tethered to you, he's crated.  Put him out whenever he wakes up from a nap, eats or drinks.  And, make sure the spots he's marked have been cleaned up and treated, so the odor is gone.  Good luck.
