Hit by car

My dog got hit by a car. Not bad just his back legs. I found a bump like thing on his back.. From googling it, it looks like a ulcer??Hes on Antibotics , and deramaxx.. Should i be concerned.. Its beeen almost 3 weeeks, and hes still not eating normal??? thanks

Unfortunatly I can't diagnose based upon that information- it could be an ulcer, hot spot, abcess, or just a gathering of fluid from the antibiotics and possibly if he is bed ridden from his position.

I recommend a vet trip to get it checked out, or if you can provide me more detailed information (Where, texture, hardness, size, pain, color, is it hot, has his hair fallen out, is it wheepy, is there a smell, does he lick at it, etc etc etc) I may be able to assist more.
