1 week puppies have sores

I have 11 pitbull cross puppies they are 1 week and 2 days old, three of the puppies have small round sores the size of a one dollor coin on their backs. do you know what this could be? should i separate these pups from the rest?

Seperating them wont help at this point- but I highly suggest getting them to the vet. If they are outside it could be hot spots or the mother could be licking them bald, but without a skin scraping there is no way to know if its NOT ringworm, demodex, sarcoptic mange, or something else. Please take them to the vets for a skin scraping ASAP.
