Cavachons

Hi! I was wondering if you could give me some breed info about the Cavachon (Cavalier/Bichon) hybrid that we are contemplating on getting. Can they be outdoor dogs, do they get along with other pets, what is their temperament like? Thanks so much!    ~Sarah

Smaller breeds are better suited for being indoors,as they can't cope with the cold as well as larger breeds-so they are more indoor dogs.

They are a fairly new breed,but from the few I have seen,they get along with children and other pets.But as always,it;s a good idea to introduce them slowly to other pets.They are bred to be pets,and aren't working breeds,so they do generally get along with everyone.The main problem,however is that small breeds tend to be harder to housetrain and make take a bit longer than average,but can be done.And a crate is the best way to go
