Answer
Start crate-resting the dog, and get her to a veterinary chiropractor. http://www.avcadoctors.com/search_for_avca_certified_doctor.htm Regular GP veterinarians are good for sick dogs; veterinary chiropractors specialize in muscles, joints, and spinal issues.

Run your hands carefully over the entire dog, and see if you can find any spots that feel warmer than the surrounding areas. If you find that, start icing it a couple/three times a day for several minutes. Even something "off" in a shoulder or in the spine can cause limping in the rear (due to compensation).

Was she checked for broken toenails in her lame leg? Did the vet run a bloodtest for tick-born diseases? Any of those can also cause lameness.
