Question
I would like to know why dogs want to hide when they are going to die ? And how do they feel they are going to die ??? (Unfortunately, I have experienced this twice in my life).

I am sorry for all your loses.

Many times an animal will hide or go off to be by themselves when they are very sick, injured, or dying. This behavior is instinct, if a sick animal remained out in the open, it could easily become preyed upon by a predator. But by going off somewhere to hide, the animal is more likely to avoid predators, and able to get some rest without defending itself.

Of course dogs are domesticated, but they still are animals, and retain instincts that we don't share, or always understand. They might not actually know that they're about to die, but they know when they don't feel well.
